至 wa8ting4agirllikeu : Because it is still a novelty for them to be on camera. Much like people in public, who whoop it up/make a face, etc., when a camera appears. Plus perhaps they have been told that men like to see the female looking into the camera (I don't and I suppose many men don't, as we are voyeurs and the women looking at us changes the dynamic of the viewing experience, for the worse for me).
